This farm is growing and needs a motivated individual in charge of all phases of crop production and must be able to operate and maintain modern forage and planting equipment and have knowledge and understanding of how to produce High Quality Forages for a High Producing Dairy in order to apply. Communicating effectively with nutritionists and herd managers about herd health along with providing economically viable solutions valued by owners. Must be known by others as having the ability to lead a team and troubleshoot systems. Computer skills are necessary.
